Javier Robles, a teaching instructor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health in the School of Arts and Sciences, assembled a statewide panel of people with disabilities, relatives, caregivers and support professionals to fight for legislative action. Robles is a Canine Companions successor graduate with service dog Del, and a member of the Northeast Region Advisory Board.
